Valproat fortsatt viktig for kvinner med generalisert epilepsi
10.03.2019Bruk av valproat i svangerskap gir betydelig økt risiko for medfødte malformasjoner, kognitive vansker og nevropsykiatriske lidelser hos barnet (1). Et samlet fagmiljø ved Spesialsykehuset for epilepsi stiller seg bak anbefalingen om å forsøke å unngå valproat…
